My Friend Yu, a Hong kong Food Columnist & writer was invited to comment on the new Chinese restaurant at the Ritz carlton in Hong Kong (ICC building) we where invited to try and on the dim sum by the Hong Kong Week End magazine, (Daily coverage of Hong Kong's restaurants, nightlife and culture. hk.asia-city. com is the online counterpart to HK Magazine) by the senior reporter Frankie Leung. Beautiful location, great classic dim sum with a modern 5 star twist + unparalleled view
Bonnie Kwok the Ritz Carlton Director of Public relation was so fantastic, we received the Ritz Carlton VIP treatment with a guide tour of the 3 restaurants, private salon, information on the design of every theme + a visit to the 118 floor bar Ozone

After a interview with the Hong Kong Week End magazine we where invited to dinner at the new Chinese restaurant one of the 3 Ritz Carlton restaurant in Hong Kong on the 103 floor At ICC's pinnacle, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will be the tallest hotel in Asia, with spacious, luxuriously-appointed rooms and suites featuring the latest in technological enhancements and fine design elements, and panoramic views of the Hong Kong skyline. In addition to three fine-dining restaurants and extensive meeting space, the hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, as well as a world class spa and wellness center.
We had a perfect time, Decor, food, view, service... it is really a 5 Star, as they are suppose to be.
